Why I collect your personal data and what I do with it:

I need to collect personal information about you and your health in order to provide you with the best possible treatment, safely and effectively.

I keep paper records which are stored in locked cabinets.  

It is a legal requirement that your records are retained for 8 years after your most recent consultation. After this period you can ask for your records to be deleted if you wish. If not, then your records will be retained indefinitely so that I may continue to provide the best possible care at a possible future date.

Your email address and contact number will be entered onto the booking system I use in order to confirm appointments. I may contact you with matters related to your care or may occasionally send you information related to your health in the form of articles, literature.

Your personal information will not be shared.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed, you have a right to complain.
